Meet the Owners: David Curry and John Kunes
Meet the faces behind School of Rock Rochester, David Curry and John Kunes. Both passionate musicians, their paths converged in the Victor High School choir. David, influenced by The Beatles and The Dave Clark Five, started his musical journey at a tender age. John’s love for music began with his father’s diverse record collection. Together, they’re making School of Rock Rochester a reality.
In 2017, fueled by a shared vision, David and John set out to open a School of Rock in Rochester. David’s experience in youth musicals and John’s love for School of Rock sparked this dream. Their goal is to provide the patented School of Rock music education to the students of Rochester.
